My love of jewelry began on the cobblestone streets of Rue Saint-Amable, known as Artisan alley in Old Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Located off the famous Jacques Cartier Square, I set up a stand to sell the jewelry I was designing and importing to help put myself through school.

Fast forward to 2008, wanting to share my love and passion for jewelry and helping others succeed, I began Tocara, a direct selling company of fine jewelry.

First and foremost, I wanted our collections to be affordable so all could enjoy. With this in mind, I created one of the world’s most perfected diamond simulants, aptly coined DiAmi® .
